$ZEST  is live on BNB chain , Ethereum , Base  and Stacks . $ZEST  holders can move tokens between the available chains at any time via the Zest Protocol webapp here .

Routes that are not listed may require more than one bridge transaction.

Here is how to bridge $ZEST:

1. Open the Zest Protocol app at zestprotocol.com
2. Click the “Bridge” button  in the header
3. Select the origin and destination chain based on the supported routes
4. Enter the tokens amount to bridge
5. Confirm the transaction
6. Tokens arrive on the destination chain

Estimated completion times

• BNB Chain ↔ Stacks: approximately 90 minutes
• BNB Chain → Ethereum or Base: approximately 2 minutes
• Ethereum or Base → BNB Chain: approximately 16 minutes
• Ethereum ↔ Base: approximately 16 minutes
